Forming cliques isn’t necessarily classism

It’s just natural. Many people knew themselves before SHS or med school
Also you tend to align naturally with some personalities

You're classist in a third world country 🤣. You can't sit in your privilege and undermine FSHS. After NHIS, FSHS is the best policy ever. I did NSS in Jaman and the impact of FSHS is huge. Families with zero SHS graduates now have multiple tertiary graduates.
